What’s New in 2026

• Health insurance: no changes to coverage or plan design; 0% increase for Standard Employee Only coverage. Employee premiums for all other tiers will increase for 2026

• Dental coverage: Plan designs and costs remain the same for 2026

• Vision coverage: Plan design and cost remain the same

• Section 125 - Flex Spending: Contribution limits increase for 2026

  • IMPORTANT! You will need to enroll in Section 125 (Flexible Spending and Dependent Care) even if you are enrolled for this year.

  • Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA): 2026 annual contribution limit is $3,400

  • Dependent Care Account (DCA): 2026 annual contribution limit is $7,500

• Changes You Can Make During Open Enrollment

  • During Open Enrollment, you can:

    • Add, change, or stop health, dental, vision, critical illness, accident, and/or long and short-term disability coverage

    • Enroll in flexible spending​​

    • Increase employee voluntary life insurance by $10,000 or spouse voluntary life insurance by $5,000

      • New enrollment in voluntary life or long-term disability will require the submission of an Evidence of Insurability form (statement of health)​​

      • Any amounts above the guaranteed issue amounts for Voluntary Life/Spouse or Critical Illness will require the submission of an Evidence of Insurability form.
