Open Enrollment 2024

Welcome!

Open enrollment is a short period each year when you can make changes to your benefits. Elections you make during open enrollment will become effective on January 1, 2024.

Changes should be submitted by December 22, 2023

What’s New in 2024

  • Health insurance: no changes to plan design or costs.

  • Dental coverage: no changes to plan design or costs.

  • Vision coverage: no changes to plan design or costs.

  • Section 125 - Flex Spending

    • IMPORTANT! You will need to enroll in Section 125 (Flexible Spending and Dependent Care) even if you are enrolled for this year.

    • Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA): 2024 annual contribution limit is $3,200

    • Dependent Care Account (DCA): 2024 annual contribution limit is $5,000

  • Changes You Can Make During Open Enrollment

    • During Open Enrollment, you can:

      • Add, change, or stop health, dental, vision, critical illness, accident, and/or long and short-term disability coverage

      • Enroll in flexible spending​​

      • Increase employee voluntary life insurance by $10,000 or spouse voluntary life insurance by $5,000

        • New enrollment in voluntary life, critical illness or long-term disability will require the submission of an Evidence of Insurability form (statement of health)​​
